Prayer is not as complex as it may seem. When we are at a loss for words, sometimes the simplest thing to do is make a mental list of all the good things in our lives (family, friends, pets, etc.) and with a grateful heart just say… “Thank you God”.

Being in the habit of saying "Thank you," of making sure that people receive attention so they know you value them, of not presuming that people will always be there--this is a good habit, regardless...make sure to give virtual and actual high-fives to those who rock and rock hard.
I was hot so I gave myself a haircut. I then saw a bald man sweating, so I offered to tweeze his eyebrows. He accepted and was so grateful that he offered to trade mustaches with me. In remembrance of that special bonding moment, I still wear his mustache over my left nipple.
